Description
Northamptonshire Libraries require the full supply, delivery and installation of a digital signage hosted web service for a full 5 year period.
The solution must:
• Have the ability to distribute content manually at 35 libraries.
• Not be linked to the corporate network or infrastructure.
• Have the ability to use wireless internet access (which may become available in the future) for the distribution of content.
• Include full support, maintenance through an agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and on site swap out warranties for the all hardware and any software for the full five year period.
Digital signage will be used to primarily promote in house activities and each library as ‘LibraryPlus’ – a library, plus much more.
Bidders will be expected to demonstrate appropriate competence in electrical installations and the requirements of, Listed Buildings Consent, Advertisement Consent and landlord consent.
