The contracting authority reserves the right to source the services through existing framework agreements.
The contracting authority reserves the right to assign all or part of any contracts resulting from this process.

There will be a separate Invitation to Tender for each lot which will be emailed to you. If you are invited to tender for more than 1 Lot, you must submit a separate tender response for each lot as they will be evaluated separately. Full details of the requirements will be contained within the email invitation. Your submission must clearly indicate which lot you are responding to.
If relevant, the inclusion of social requirements in contract conditions must be mentioned in any OJEU notice by a contracting authority. The following model wording is suggested, under the section in the OJEU Notice typically headed “additional information”.
“Under this [procurement/project] the [contractor/developer] will be required to support the authority’s economic and social regeneration objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations.”
