The Open University requires printing and mailing services to fulfil its requirements for direct mailings to alumni and supporters and prospective students.
The contract will be for 2 years with a possible extension of a further 2 additional 12-month periods.
The successful supplier will be expected to manage the production and collation of all items contained in these mailings such as personalised letters, printed magazines, magazines, leaflets, outer envelopes and business reply envelopes.
The selected supplier will also be required to manage the mailing of the packs, from addressee data supplied, mailing accurately and on time to each recipient.

The University requires printing and mailing services to fulfil its requirements for direct mailings to alumni and supporters and prospective students.
The contract will be for 2 years with a possible extension of a further 2 additional 12-month periods.

Mailing volumes may go up or down depending on the nature of the campaign and budget available, and the item specifications may vary during the course of the contract.
