A Document and Committee Management System to automate existing processes, reduce duplication of administrative tasks and increase flexibility. The ideal solution would also provide a range of other e-governance tools such as outside body management, councillor biographies, an online record of Members’ Interests and forward plans; and support access from mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones.
