The contracting authority requires a comprehensive support service accessible to males and females over 16 years of age who have experienced domestic abuse (including but not limited to physical, sexual, emotional, financial abuse) and their families based within the London Borough of Southwark.
The service will also deliver interventions to address perpetrator behaviour and the impact of domestic abuse on children.

In 2013/14 there were 5 693 domestic abuse incidents reported to the police within the London Borough of Southwark, of which 2 087 were recorded as offences. The existing service received 1 453 referrals in 2013/14.

Applicant organisations should note that this is a voluntary notice for Part B services. The contracting authority had decided to advertise the procurement in the OJEU in order to ensure that it reaches the widest possible audience and not because it is required to do so under Directive 2004/18 or under the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 as amended.
