The purpose of the service is to provide a flexible, multi-tiered service which promotes resilience, healthy and safe living for both children and adults who are victims of domestic abuse. The primary focus of the service will be the delivery of advice, assistance, support and counseling for children and adults. The service will also provide education and awareness raising programmes.
