Description of the contract

DECC is looking for a contractor or contractors to undertake analysis to help complete the DECC domestic energy using behaviours framework. This framework aims to capture quantitative and qualitative evidence about a range of habitual household behaviours. The aim is to improve The Department’s understanding of the range of energy using behaviours, and the impact of changing these behaviours on energy consumption.
