The new contractual arrangement need to be in place by 1st April 2016. As part of the commissioning phase we would like input from domiciliary care providers on potential service models. This is an opportunity for providers to meet commissioners and help shape how we deliver homecare over the next few years. We would like to invite your organisation to attend a provider engagement event on15th April 2015 at Sivatech Business Solutions, Gatehouse Close, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP19 8DJ. It will be an all day event with lunch provided. A programme with more details will be made available nearer to the date.
