Leicester City Council (LCC) Contract, on behalf of the Safer Leicester Partnership (which includes the following organisations: Leicestershire Police, NHS Leicester City, Leicestershire & Rutland Probation Trust and Leicester City Council) and Leicestershire and Rutland County Councils a number of services to provide a comprehensive drug and alcohol treatment provision for adults within Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland communities in contact with the Criminal Justice System and those within HMP Leicester that have substance misuse issues.
Leicester City Council and partners will be seeking to undertake a competitive tender process to re-procure these services later in 2012/2013. The procurement exercise will include all adult Criminal Justice community based specialist drug and alcohol services in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland and those within HMP Leicester.
