DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL FRAMEWORK PRE-QUALIFICATION QUESTIONNAIRE (PQQ)

LOW RISE DOMESTIC AND NON-RESIDENTIAL DEMOLITION FRAMEWORK INCLUDING EMERGENCY WORKS

The purpose of this PQQ is to allow Dundee City Council to identify a number of suitably qualified and experienced businesses who will be placed on a proposed Framework for Low Rise Domestic and Non-Residential Demolitions including Emergency Works.

The Framework will be divided into two lots.

Lot 1 – Low Rise Domestic and Non-Residential Demolition

Lot 2 – Emergency Works

For Lot 1, up to six Contractors will be selected to be eligible to tender for Dundee City Council low-rise demolition contracts.

For Lot 2 – up to four Contractors will be selected and placed on a rota to be on call and provide resources in an emergency.

The Framework will be for a 3 year period with a possible 2 year extension.

It is anticipated that Framework Lot 1 will include demolition projects up to an estimated individual value of GBP300,000 and over the three year period of the Framework it is anticipated there will be a total of GBP2.5 million worth of demolitions.

The indicative timetable for this procurement exercise is as follows:

Framework Implementation – 1 August 2014
