The Authority has appointed The Monarch Partnership Ltd (Authority Administrator) to establish and manage a framework agreement to provide fixed, flexible and basket energy procurement solutions for non half hourly electricity, half hourly electricity and natural gas (Services) for the benefit of the Authority and other contracting authorities as identified Schedule 4 of the tender documents.
