Government Procurement Service requires a Service Provider to design and build a pre-developed classroom course as an online e-learning package. It is critical that the e-Learning package is ready for launch by the 18th May 2012, however Government Procurement Service would prefer that the e-learning package will be developed and ready for launch by the end of April 2012.
