The Council is seeking tender responses for annual insurance policies for a longterm agreement for 4,5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The contract will commence on 1.4.2020.

The tender covers eight (8) lots comprising of the following:

Lot 1: Liability: 1 260 000 GBP;

Lot 2: Fidelity Guarantee: 135 000 GBP;

Lot 3: Motor Fleet: 135 000 GBP;

Lot 4: Engineering: 315 000 GBP;

Lot 5: Personal Accident/Travel and Schools offsite 45 000 GBP;

Lot 6: Computers: 27 000 GBP;

Lot 7: Terrorism: 630 000 GBP;

Lot 8: Greener Ealing: 2 250 000 GBP.

All insurers must be at least ‘A-’ rated by standard and poor’s (or equivalent) and/or approved by the JLT market security committee, otherwise their submission will be automatically rejected.
