Description of the contract

An early intervention foundation will have 2 key roles: i. providing advice and support to local commissioners on evidence, social finance and payment by results relating to early intervention to assist their own procurement and evaluation, and ii. building the evidence base on what works in early intervention in the UK. How to apply

The specification is in two parts. Part 1 covers the selection criteria. These include information on the financial stability of the bidder’s organisation, previous experience of similar work, grounds for rejection, etc. Part 2 covers how bidders proposed to meet the specification and service costs. Bidders should complete both parts of the tender, and (optionally) indicate proposed changes to the draft contract.
