Description
The current contract for the East of England Home Oxygen Service is delivered by BOC and is due to expire on 31st March 2022. In line with the CCGs legal obligations against the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (as amended by The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020) the CCGs will be undertaking a procurement process to appoint a provider to deliver the new contract.
The East of England Region is made up of 15 CCGs which cover 6 Integrated Care Systems (ICS). The Region is working towards creating greater consistency across ICSs particularly in the way that clinical care is commissioned and delivered.

To support the East of England Region to complete a robust process which achieves the highest standard of services for our patient population we would like to conduct a market engagement event with any interested provider. The purpose of this event is to provide the market with early sight of the requirements for the service, enabling interested providers to have an increased understanding of the requirements and seek any feedback from providers in testing the deliverability of the proposed service model. Undertaking engagement at this stage means that we can change the approach should significant concerns be raised.
This event will be hosted virtually via an MS Teams Webinar on Wednesday 24th March from 2pm – 4pm.
Should you wish to attend please register on the Attain Bravo Solution E-Procurement Portal. You will find the market engagement opportunity listed and are asked to complete and return Annex 1 to this document to Sarah Beaumont via the Bravo E-Procurement Portal messaging facility within the opportunity.
