The purpose of this tender is for ECMWF to enter into a contract for the provision of cleaning services for ECMWF site at Shinfield Park, Reading, UK, for an initial period of 3 years with the possibility of 2 extensions, each for 1 year.

This tender process will be split into 2 phases:

1) Pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) – the main objectives of this phase would be to understand supplier capabilities, experience and financial standing in order to shortlist suppliers for the invitation to tender (ITT);

2) Invitation to tender – suppliers shortlisted following the PQQ will receive an invitation to tender (ITT). Please note that the ITT will be a separate process restricted to suppliers shortlisted following the PQQ phase.

The purpose of this tender is for ECMWF to enter into a contract for the provision of cleaning services at ECMWF’s headquarters at Shinfield, Reading, UK.

This tender will be split into 2 phases:

1) Pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) – The main objectives of this phase would be to understand supplier capabilities, experience and financial standing in order to shortlist suppliers for the invitation to tender (ITT);

2) Invitation to tender (ITT) – suppliers shortlisted following the PQQ will receive an invitation to tender (ITT). Please note that the ITT will be a separate document and is not part of this PQQ document.

Shortlisted suppliers as a result of the first phase will initially be required to carry out a site visit at ECMWF premises as part of the tender process.

In submitting this notice ECMWF does not waive the privileges and immunities granted to it by virtue of its status as an Intergovernmental Organisation or submit itself to any jurisdiction.
