The Consultant shall carry out a desktop analysis to identify which residential properties may have occurrences of shadow flicker. The Consultant shall carry out a site-specific shadow flicker assessment. This shall include a site visit to confirm topographical features, obstacles, orientation of the receptor, positioning of windows etc in order to accurately predict real occurrences of shadow flicker at the receptor and confirmation of the type of receptor e.g. derelict or dwelling.
