Each of these projects are described further at Annex B and separate PQQ and ITT documentation will be issued for each project. The HOW2 project is the first of these projects to be progressed and is detailed in lots 1 to 8 at Annex B. Interested organisations are requested to respond to lots 1 to 8 and the PQQ which can be found at http://www.edenproject.com/whats-it-all-about/climate-and-environment/how2-sustainability-education-centre. At this time, for the business hub, hotel and arena projects interested organisations are requested to express their interest only as described in lots 9, 10 and 11.

Full details of the Eden Future Capital Programme and the scope of each lot will be set out in the relevant pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ). HOW2 is a 6,000 square metre building which will house; office, workshop, meeting, exhibition and breakout spaces. The Business Hub is a building which will provide start up facilities for organisations. The hotel is a 150 room hotel. The Arena project will provide an outdoor amphitheatre in which the Eden Sessions will be held. It is currently anticipated the construction value of the projects is; HOW2 18 000 000 (GBP), business hub 5 000 000 (GBP), Hotel 25 000 000 (GBP), Arena 30 000 000 (GBP).
For each of the HOW2, business hub, hotel and Arena projects Eden Project Ltd. is seeking to appoint suitably qualified organisations to provide the following services; architectural advice and associated design including project lead, general engineering services for mechanical and electrical (including renewable energy advice) and other associated engineering services, general engineering services for civil, structural, environmental, traffic, geotechnical and other associated engineering services, cost management and contract management services encompassing cost advice, development appraisals and procurement support, landscape architecture, sustainability advice, construction design management coordination advice, inclusive design advice and project management services.
