Total quantity or scope of tender

The City of Edinburgh Council requires to appoint one Contractor for the Festival Advertising for the calendar year 2014.

The City of Edinburgh Council anticipates a concessional arrangement for the advertising of performances over the fringe festival period of 2014 will fund operational costs associated with the Fringe Festival.

The concessional arrangement is expected to commence in April 2014 to allow Fringe participants the opportunity to book advertisements for the promotion of their performances.

Last year there were around 900 different locations approved and situated throughout the City Centre

The different advertising styles and installations consisted of Triangle fencing, wrap around lamp post advertising, tower columns, and use of fencing.

For 2014 we are looking to approve around 900 different styles of advertising in a variety of locations on CEC owned assets following on from last year’s successful Fringe Festival Advertising.
