The implementation of an EDRMS will be critical to supporting SBHA’s strategy delivery. Ensuring that we have secure, up to date and accurate customer information will be a key foundation to service improvement. We aim to have a ‘bubble’ of information about our properties and residents that enables us to know our customers better. This bubble would be viewed from different perspectives including users’, tenants’ and suppliers’, who could all ‘punch in’ to the bubble and view the data from their own point of view. This is often referred to as a 360° view of the customer.
With an agile workforce who have full remote access to customer records ‘any place, anytime, anywhere’, SBHA will be able to take the office into residents’ home; thereby providing the same level of service to customers regardless of location.
We require bidders to provide their description of a hosted solution and to also provide full costing of this solution.
The main term of the contract is 3 years and there are options to extend for a further 2 x 1-year periods at the sole discretion of the Authority. The contract value for the term is not expected to exceed the OJEU threshold; we are therefore inviting bidders to submit their bids, and not conducting a full EU procurement.
