To develop this work further it has now been agreed, and detailed within the EHRC’s Business Plan for 2014/2015, that a programme of organisational development should commence which will initially focus on the area of organisational culture. This programme and the associated activity has been approved at the highest level of the organisation and the responsibility for delivery has been delegated by the Board and Senior Management Team to the Human Resource Remuneration Committee (HRRC) in line with its terms of reference. The HRRC Chair will fulfil the role of senior responsible owner (SRO) and provide the EHRC Board and Senior Management Team with timely updates on issues and progress.
