Detailed Description:

Cornwall Council currently operates the Strand Electoral System. At the time of the formation of the unitary authority a decision was reached for the Strand System to be deployed to all users and that a full procurement exercise would be undertaken at a suitable point after the Unitary Council formed. This project is for the undertaking of that procurement exercise. The objective of the project is to introduce an electoral management software system for delivery of electoral services in Cornwall.
