The main plant room is located on the roof area and the building is served by a passenger lift. The building is owned by HCA and is home to approx. 170 staff. Operational hours are on a Monday to Friday basis between the hours of 7am to 7pm.
St George’s House, Gateshead is a refurbished office building that was built in 1937 and extends to 3300 sq. metre over ground, first and second floors. The main plant room is located in the basement area where a diesel back generator is housed. The building is owned by HCA and is home to approx. 170 staff. The contract will be subject to English law. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in GBP and all payments under the contract will be made in GBP.
This procurement and award is subject to the transparency arrangements being adopted by the UK Government.
