Chelmsford City Council is seeking expressions of interest from contractors wishing to tender for the cyclical and reactive maintenance contract in respect of the electrical installations in its property portfolio. The contract will cover all aspects of testing and maintenance of electrical installations, including re-lamping and emergency light testing.
