Greenfields is looking for a partner to provide complete Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) to its domestic properties across the Braintree District located in the county of Essex.
The contractor will complete 1 600 EICR’s per annum and the contract will last for 5 years with an option to extend the contract by a further 5 x 12 months. These numbers are for indication only and offer no guarantee of actual work levels. The contract will commence on the 1.4.2017.
The works will consist of the contractor visiting occupied and empty properties and completing an electrical periodic inspection, reporting their findings and returning the record of the inspection back to Greenfields.
The contractor will be members of an awarding body whose members can be found on the competent person register i.e. NICEIC, NAPIT etc. or EU equivalent.
