Kent County Council is seeking tender submissions from providers for the provision of a single Contractor to carry out the Electrical Periodic Inspection Testing Services over the next 19 months for the Council’s property portfolio.
Contract to be a 19 months, with the works being called off in lots (The Contract durations is from September 2012 to end March-2014. If the awarded contractor performs satisfactory during the 19 months and they agree to fix their price for a further year they may get the call off for a further year.
It should be noted that all submissions (ie Tender and clarification questions) must be made via ProContract, no other submission route is permitted. Failure to follow this path may result in the application/tender being rejected.
