The tender is divided into work categories, Housing Repairs, Electrical Cyclical maintenance, and Periodic Reporting. The properties covered by this tender include approximately 29 000 domestic dwellings.
The work categories specified in this tender will supplement and support the existing Sandwell MBC workforce to achieve target completion dates. Applicants must be NICEIC registered.
