Leicester City Councils intends to appoint a Contractor to undertake works in relation to electrical repairs, maintenance and installations to all building types including domestic premises, multiple occupation residential blocks through to non-domestic premises such as commercial office buildings.Works will include but are not limited to:•Maintenance of existing electrical installations;•Test and Inspection of existing installations;•The installation of new electrical supplies;•Digital Aerial maintenance;•Solar & PV maintenance;•Fresh Air Ventilation System maintenance;•Supply and fit of double pole one stops;•Repair of electric cookers;•Improvement of existing lighting installations.All products & installation techniques will need to comply fully with current industry standards/regulations and main contractors are expected to be ECA/ NICEIC or similar accredited.
