North East Lincolnshire Council is inviting tenders to establish a contract for the provision of a Children’s and Young People’s Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health service (including CAMHS). The successful tenderer will provide a service which supports children and young people to have access to timely, integrated, responsive, safe, high quality (evidence based), multi-disciplinary services which are connected by effective pathways into acute settings.

The Provider will embed the principles of the THRIVE model to commission a goal-focused, patient-centred, whole-system approach to supporting children and young people with mental health and emotional wellbeing issues. The service will be designed to fit around the needs of children and young people locally. The Provider will be the champion across the system, utilising other services to form part of the wider local offer through the use of a whole system collaborative approach and evidence from the needs assessment will support this new model of care.
