The provision of Employee Assistance Programme Services at The Royal London, St Bartholomew’s, The London Chest, Mile End, Newham and Whipps Cross Hospitals all fall under the remit of the Occupational Health Department for Barts Health NHS Trust.
This will be an initial 3 year contract with the option to extend for a further two 12 month periods based on performance.
It is the Trust’s role to ensure the coordinated, cost effective provision of Employee Assistance Programme Services for all staff groups across all the hospitals of Barts Health NHS Trust.
The contract will include the provision of advice and information, counselling services and governance. Further service requirements will be detailed within the tender specification.
