Norfolk County Council wishes to enter into a contract(s) for health and well-being services. The contract/s will be for 4 lots, providing occupational health, Musculoskeletal Injuries Rehabilitation Service (MIRS), an employee assistance programme and a psychological assessment and treatment service. The health and well-being of our staff is key to the delivery of services to residents of Norfolk. In conjunction with an in-house health, safety and well-being team, our 6 000 managers and employees have access to these services in order to provide assessment, treatment and advice in relation to all aspects of their health that have an impact on their job.

The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
