Description of the contract

The Council is looking for an organisation to conduct our full employee survey to take place and the end of September / beginning of October. It is anticipated that this survey will now take place every 18 months, with 6 monthly ‘check in’ surveys conducted in between. We are looking for a company which will work with us to develop a survey which cuts to the heart of the issues at hand, provide external benchmarking opportunities and work with the previous survey format to ensure we can compare results successfully whilst at the same time improving the questionnaire. We have a strong focus on survey after-care and engagement and need an organisation which can support us in this. For example this may include support around stakeholder engagement at a senior level, focus groups, employee roadshows and action planning workshops. The intention is to let a contract agreement for a period of 1 year commencing on 24/09/12, with an option to extend for a further 2 survey events over the subsequent 72 month period. The estimated value of the year 1 contract is a maximum of £45,000; however we will be looking for value for money as part of the contract award. The PQQ evaluation will be used to produce a shortlist of between 6 and 8 companies to be invited to tender.
