The Council is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement with five (5) suitably qualified panel members for the provision of Employers Agent Services. It is anticipated that the framework will commence in October 2013 and shall be in place for a duration of 4 years.
The Employer Agents Services are required generally from pre-tender stages to completion of the defects process. The services required include:
1) Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration services,
2) Quantity Surveying services,
3) CDM co-ordination services,
4) Clerk of Works / Project Supervision services.

Employers Agent Services may be called upon for any project across the whole of the Councils estate (public building, commercial or housing).
Over the next 4 years the Council development plans consist of a number of housing construction projects amounting to in excess of GBP 300 m. Design work on a number of these projects has already started and the Employers Agent services are required immediately upon award of the framework. These construction projects are currently estimated at: :-
Colville Phases 2 Works GBP 62.8 m.
Bridge House & Marian Court Works GBP 25.7 m.
St Leonard’s Court Works GBP 9.89 m.
There will a number of additional sites where Employers Agent services are required which shall be subject to mini-competition. These projects are currently estimated at:
Kings Crescent Works GBP 87.7 m.
Nightingale Works GBP 44.8 m.
Aikin Works GBP 1.1 m
Frampton Arms and Lyttelton House Works GBP 3.4 m.
Tower Court Works GBP 18.8 m.
Future Phases of Colville Works GBP 61.6 m.
