Merlin Housing Society seeks to establish a framework of Employers Agents to work alongside our internal Property Investment and Development Teams in our exciting plans for refurbishing and developing homes for social housing rental, market rental and shared ownership and possible outright sale in the future.
We aim to build 300 new homes per year up to 2022, this is a crucial activity for Merlin and an exciting new era. The selection of appropriate partners is critical to its success. It is fundamental that partners have experience of working within in some or all of the following local authority areas and demonstrate capacity to work in these areas in future: North Somerset, South Glos, Bath and North East Somerset, Cotswolds, Wiltshire, Bristol City.
For, clarity the partners in this tender are Merlin Housing Society and Oakbrook Homes our wholly owned subsidiary.
The framework agreement will be for an initial term of 2 years with 2 optional extension periods of 12 months each.
