Employment Support Contract Carmarthenshire
Carmarthenshire County Council COASTAL Framework Arrangement of Support Services in relation to Training and Employment.
The purpose of this tender exercise is to establish a framework of service providers. This framework is for the provision of structured support services so that adults who are economically inactive as a result of severe learning disabilities, severe and enduring mental health needs and other serious social disadvantages can benefit from improved access to accredited training, qualifications and employment opportunities as well as the delivery of the training and employment outcomes themselves, where appropriate.
There are two service lots as follows:
Lot 1 – Structured Support Services
Lot 2 – Accredited Training Services
In addition to the provision of structured support services there will be a requirement for the delivery of accredited training which is not available via the COASTAL Project Regional Training Framework. Similarly, the overall aim of the project is to achieve employment for its participants and there is an opportunity for providers to arrange and secure sustainable employment (paid 16+ hours per week). This provision will be paid for on a per capita basis on evidence of achievement of sustainable employment.
