Description

The objective is to provide Ashfield District Council with a service to:

Undertake a review of Empty Homes within the administrative area of Ashfield District Council in order to maximise revenue from Council Tax receipts and government grants in the form of New Homes Bonus.

The service must include a review of all long term empty properties to determine the occupancy status by property in sections, customer services support and Council tax system processing for any required changes to appropriate accounts.
