NEP is looking to establish a framework agreement with a range of different providers capable of providing comprehensive consultancy services to its Members over a range of different consultancy specialisms which are to be established by way of Lots as follows. Consultants are able to apply for each Lot separately depending on their own area of specialism. They are not required to apply for all Lots. Details of the Lots are as follows:
Lot 1- energy assessments.
Lot 2- asbestos surveys.
Lot 3- legionella and water quality assessments.
Lot 4- mechanical and electrical engineering services.
Lot 5- stock condition surveys.
Lot 6- employers agent.
It is intended the framework agreement will be for three years from January 2013 with an option to extend for a further year. Under the Framework Agreement there will be no guaranteed volumes of service activity.
A comprehensive service specification is included in the Invitation to Tender which will be issued to those bidders meeting the selection criteria outlined in the PQQ.
While the Framework and individual lots covered within it will be used primarily by NEP Members there may be opportunities for other bodies covered within the Contract Notice.
