Scenario Development for a Scottish Government Heat Generation Policy Statement

Description of the goods or services required

This study will provide the scenarios which will underpin the development of the Heat Generation Policy Statement for Scotland. The scenarios must be designed in the context of the Scottish Government’s aspirations for heat decarbonisation and include a business as usual scenario. The scenarios will have snapshots at 2020, 2030 and 2050 being consistent (or indicating lack of consistency) with Scotland’s targets and the Second Report on Proposals and Policies.
