— Helping those residents on pre-payment meters access cheaper tariffs.
— Producing a model which will reduce residents’ utility bills.
— Working with the Council to develop an Energy Supply social enterprise to market the offer to residents.
— Developing the channel for power generated by the Council to supply to the Market.
