Description of the contract

Description of the contract To provide PR management and delivery for English Heritage PR activities and opportunities throughout the 2013/14 year to support the overall consumer PR objectives which are: – Increasing the numbers of visitors to English Heritage properties and events particularly amongst families – Increasing membership – Increasing the understanding of and the engagement with the English Heritage brand of Bringing History to Life. Key services required: • An outlined plan of approach for a series of experiential, face to face PR stunts during 2013 till end March 2014, utilising digital and social media, with the aim of strengthening the English Heritage brand focus of ‘bringing history to life’ • A year plan of creative and innovative media photo opportunities ideas using iconic English Heritage sites to generate high profile media coverage • A plan which identifies and scopes out key moments in 2013/14 where celebrity ambassadors could be used to raise awareness about English Heritage’s work either through PR intiatives or campaigns. • Plan to describe the delivery of the day-to-day management and delivery of national travel trade media and specific PR relating to Stonehenge. The Contract will be awarded to the contractor offering the most economical tender in respect of the criteria set out in the invitation to tender documentation. The closing date for download and submission of the PQQ is Friday 10th May at 17:00 hours.
