EN:Procure Ltd (ENP) is a social housing regeneration consortium based in Northern England. ENP specialises in the procurement of goods, works and services for the construction and maintenance of predominantly social housing properties.
ENP wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement with multiple contractors for the provision of servicing, testing, installation and refurbishment work on passenger/goods lifts across social housing properties but may also be carried out in other public buildings or premised owned and/or managed by Public Sector organisations, including but not limited to, schools, universities, infrastructure sites and offices.
The typical types of lifts covered under this framework will be low and high rise:

Individual contracting authorities entitled to access the framework agreement will have the option to agree and award underlying contracts to the appointed contractors at any stage during the term of the framework agreement. The following contracting authorities will be entitled to agree and award underlying contracts under the framework agreement as and when required – Any member or customer of EN: procure from time to time, which may include:
(a) any social housing provider in the United Kingdom;
(b) any Community Land Trust or Community Interest Company;
(c) any public sector body providing accommodation including schools or universities;
(d) any procurement consortia;
(e) NHS bodies;
(f) Police, fire and rescue services;
(g )Registered charities;
(h) any local authority in the United Kingdom;
(i) any entity or joint venture company that any of the entities referred to in (a)-(h) of this definition hold an interest in from time to time.
Social housing provider’ for this purpose means any provider of social housing and includes, without limitation, registered providers, local authorities and Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMOs) and including any subsidiary and sponsoring department of such bodies.
