SHE Transmission and SSE Renewables require Environmental Clerk of Work (ECOW) Services for support of onshore and offshore electricity transmission and renewable generation projects across Scotland. Other SSE group companies may also require the services from time to time. A pre-qualification questionairre shall be issued to all suppliers confirming interest in this competition. Suppliers shall then be shortlisted in accordance with the pre-qualification document and subsequently invited to tender.

The tender shall be split into five regional lots and pre-qualified suppliers shall indicate whether they wish to apply to tender for any one lot, a combination of lots or all lots. The five lots are as follows: Highlands & Islands, Central, South, East and West.
It is anticipated that a minimum of five suppliers shall be awarded framework agreements in each regional lot however this may increase or decrease depending on the number and quality of responses to the PQQ and invitation to tender.
