The Northern Ireland Housing Executive invites tenders for the provision of environmental consultancy services relating to domestic oil spillage projects. The services to be provided will include:
— Site walkover surveys,
— Indoor air quality assessments,
— Site investigations,
— Review and award of remediation contracts to approved contractors,
— Award of post remediation service.
It is estimated, based on historic information, that the service will be required at approximately 40 dwellings per annum.
There is no guarantee that any agreement or contract will be put in place in relation to this notice. No compensation etc will be paid if a tender or resulting agreement is withdrawn and / or the procurement process stopped for any reason. Bidders should take part in this process only on the basis that they fully understand and accept this position.
