The preferred partner will either be capable of (a) self delivery or (b) manage and negotiate contracts direct or a combination of ‘a’ and ‘b’. Where applicable, the Partner will let relevant contracts through OJEU for and on behalf of NHSE. Refer to Memorandum of Information for further information.
