Lot B — Coordinating pre-application consultation, consent applications and consent compliance activities for FAB Link offshore infrastructure between UK landfall and southern extent of Alderney waters. Consultancy support to address requirements in respect of proposed Marine Licence application to the Marine Management Organisation and proposed FEPA Licence application to the States of Guernsey for approximately 140 km offshore HVDC cables and associated cable protection and seabed preparation activities.

III.2.3)Technical capacity

4. Briefly describe your experience in conducting environmental studies and planning advice on land based converter station and cable projects. Please include examples of similar project work undertaken by your company.
5. Please detail your organisation’s strengths in delivering such projects.
6. Provide experience relevant to preparation, design and attendance at public consultations and ability to analyse and have due regard to consultation responses.
7. Provide experience in supporting permitted development activities for underground cables.
8. Provide experience of undertaking detailed GIS support.
9. Provide summary of resources relevant to the scope of work (number of staff, years of experience in that field, details of projects worked on).
10. Provide experience in specifying the environmental requirements of onshore construction contracts.
11. Please provide any experience of projects in Devon.
In respect of Lot B, the tenderer must provide:
12. Briefly describe your experience in conducting environmental studies and planning advice on offshore and intertidal cable projects. Please include examples of similar project work undertaken by your company.
13. Please detail your organisation’s strengths in delivering such projects.
14. Provide experience relevant to preparation, design & attendance at public consultations and ability to analyse and have due regard to consultation responses.
15. Provide experience in supporting Marine Licence and FEPA Consent Applications for subsea cables.
