The Trust requires the support of a professional and expert quality and diversity consultancy service to provide specialist advice on the development and delivery of a comprehensive work programme covering both employment and service delivery that will ensure the Trust meets its statutory and professional responsibilities in relation to the operating infrastructure for equality and diversity. The Contract duration will be for 12 months with a further extension period of 12 months.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Restricted procedures include a minimum 10 calendarday standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to bidders. Thisperiod allows unsuccessful bidders to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contractis entered into. Applicants have 2 working days from the notification of the award decision to request additionaldebriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of 3 working days before the expiry of thestandstill period. Such information should be requested from NHS SBS. If an appeal regarding the award of acontract has not been successfully resolved the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 no 5) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in theHigh Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
