The aim of the procurement activity is to obtain as few suppliers as possible, whilst getting coverage for all of the lots advertised. Preference will therefore be given to suppliers who can quote for multiple lots and those that are able to offer a discount for the trade-in of the surplus equipment listed in each lot (where applicable
