Tenders are invited from prospective bidders for inclusion on a Contractor Framework, for the provision of building, repair and other build and design services, on behalf of Birmingham Childrens Hospital.
The Framework shall last for a total of 4-years, and shall have 7 lots, which includes:
— Mechanical,
— Plumbing,
— Electrical,
— Carpentry / Joinery (including windows and doors),
— General Building,
— Decorating,
— Flooring.
Bidders are invited to submit a tender for one or more lots, as appropriate to their own capabilities.
A maximum of three bidders per lot shall then be appointed to the framework.
