Estuary is a traditional Housing Association with a strong and clear regional commitment within Essex. Estuary Housing Association Limited work very successfully within every district in Essex, the three outer East London Boroughs and in the Suffolk Coastal District. Estuary Housing Association Limited currently own and manage just over 3 300 properties.
Estuary Housing Association Limited is seeking to implement a Contractors Framework Agreement. The predicted works value related to the construction costs that are predicted (and not guaranteed) at GBP 40 000 000 over a 4 year period. The requirements include mainly the provision of new homes including affordable rented accommodation, specialist and supported housing, low cost home ownerships, key worker accommodation, some major refurbishment and homes for outright sale. Some schemes may involve the procurement of commercial and retail facilities, health and community centres, religious and educational establishments and have links with schools.
It is the intention that this framework should be procured as potentially open for others to join at a later date should Estuary Housing Association Limited wish to bring other Contracting Authorities into the arrangement.

Applicants should note that appointment to a framework agreement under this notice is not a guarantee of work.
