Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: Annually with a value anticipated to be between 175 000 and 250 000.
Scottish Development International (SDI) anticipates implementing a single supplier framework for the period of 3 years and invites expressions of interest from Exhibition contractors to design, construct and dismantle a Scottish Pavilion at the European Seafood Exposition held in Brussels, Belgium. The first event is scheduled to be 23rd to 25th April 2013.
Dates of future events are unknown at present but the event is held annually in Brussels.
Scottish Development International hosts a large busy Scottish Pavilion of 660sq.m. 4 island blocks re-configured to 6 island blocks. Provide for Seafood Bar with enclosed working kitchen, Hospitality lounge with servery, enclosed prep area/water and waste/storage room attached to servery. Information point. Internet touchdown area. Two large plasma screens, all on one island block. Provide for 17 to 20 individual company stands/booths of varying sizes from 9 sqm to 56 sqm plus over the remaining 5 island blocks.
Project manage Scottish companies individual requirements and visit companies as required to discuss and plan their booths, attend regular production meetings and host and prepare exhibition manuals for Exhibitors. Provide on site back up for duration of show.
We anticipate awarding the framework in February 2013, followed by an initial project meeting, thereafter a series of production meetings will be agreed. Historically the individual company meetings begin in February.
